Designing - Our CAD specialists, can help with designs and convert your designs into the right format for cutting.
Machine spec - Large format 2440mm X 1220mm (8' X 4') precision CNC laser cutting & engraving machine.
Capabilities - Cuts many materials including: plastics (acrylic, Perspex, polypropylene, Mylar, abs), woods (hard, soft, ply, MDF), fabrics, cardboard, rubber and others, up to about 10-12mm. Also engraves designs into woods, plastics, and on the back of mirrors.
Coatings - We can apply coatings such as paint, wax oil, varnish etc to your items. We also specialize in applying self-adhesive backing to products, which has a peel-off backing paper and provides easy application to most surfaces.

C U IN ME Mirrors - We have designed a range of mirrors in various sizes and styles, these designs are not limited, more will be forthcoming, and we can make bespoke items. Our mirrors incorporate an innovative mounting system, which allows for flush fitting to the wall. All mirrors are backed with a safety film (complying to BSEN 12600 class 2B2 safety standard), making them suitable for use in commercial premises.
Bespoke Mirrors - We can design and manufacture mirrors for you, featuring your design ideas and styles, in sizes up to 2440mm X 1220mm (8' X 4')to your clients specifications of size, style and surround material. Rendered images of our designs can be produced for your approval before we cut the item.
Other information:
Wall Art - We can cut designs in many shapes and sizes in real wood veneers with a self-adhesive backing, to transform bare walls into an artistic feature.
